Grandview fifth grade explored lessons in physics last week with their annual egg drop experiment. They each designed a contraption to keep a raw egg from breaking when being dropped from the top of a fire engine ladder. We have some creative students in #PartOfThePride!

This week (Mar. 4-8) is National School Breakfast Week and National School Social Work Week. Schools care for the whole child and we are grateful to have such wonderful supports for our students as #PartOfThePride.



Today is National Read Across America Day. Schools celebrated throughout the week with themed days, buddy reading and Dr. Seuss-themed activities. We love to read as #PartOfThePride!


We are excited to announce that the schools have all finished voting on their refreshed mascots and the middle and elementary winners were revealed to students and staff today. While each USD 490 school has characteristics that make it unique, we are all #PartOfThePride!


The Driver's Ed sign-up link opened this morning. Space is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on receipt of payment at the EHS office. Payments can be made in person or over the phone (316-322-4810).
