Request Transcripts

Request a Transcript:

If you graduated from El Dorado High School, please e-mail the EHS Registrar, Deb Karst at dkarst@usd490.org to request your transcript.

Include in your e-mail:

• Put "Transcript Request" in the Subject Heading

• Your Full Name at the time of graduation or attendance (maiden name if you have been married)

• Your Date of Birth

• Graduation Year or Years of Attendance

• Destination of Transcript (mailing address, e-mail, or fax)

Records Requests:

If you need your records sent to a high school, college/university, place of employment, or for personal use, please email the EHS Registrar, Deb Karst at dkarst@usd490.org.

Include in your e-mail:

• Put "Records Request" in the Subject Heading

• Your Full Name at the time you attended El Dorado High School (maiden name if you have been married)

• Years of Attendance at El Dorado High School

• Destination of Records (mailing address, e-mail, or fax)

EHS cannot guarantee the records that you are requesting are located in your permanent file.
