KSHSAA has released a NEW physical form for the 2023-2024 school
year. Previous versions will not be accepted for the upcoming school
year. We have shared this form with local doctor's offices, but wanted
to make sure parents are aware as well. It is available for download on our website.
As a reminder, the annual Sports Physical Night will take place on
Wednesday, July 12, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the El Dorado Clinic.
