El Dorado Public Schools established a trademark for the district and school logos on April 3, 2025. The intent of these trademarks are to provide consistency in the the use of district and school logos.

The use of the district and/or school logos is permitted following district approval and the receipt of a signed licensing agreement between the district and those wishing to use the logo. Licensing agreements are good for the current school year in which they are signed.

Local patrons, businesses, and school groups can request the use of the logo by signing a license agreement and returning it to the District Office. All designs must be approved by the District Office prior to production. The agreement assures the district that outside companies hired to produce any products will only use the logo on orders from the party who signs the agreement and that only the current logos will be used.

Vendors who wish to use the logos must have a signed license agreement on file with the district.

The district reserves the right to inspect all products using the logo prior to distribution/sale.
